Palatine Jaycees taking applications for financial assistance
The Palatine Jaycees are accepting applications for the group’s annual Community Donations Program from Palatine residents and local community organizations in need of financial assistance.
Program Chair Chrissy Trilling-Raices said awards historically have ranged from $100 to $3,000 for requests such as medical or utility bills, training equipment, housing, clothing and programs. Those with specific needs should submit written proposals to the Community Donations Committee for consideration and include the amount requested, along with a brief description of how the funds would be used.
Applications are due April 10 and are available at palatinejaycees.org. Send your request to brecam1162@gmail.com. For more information, call (847) 604-0288.
