Dancenter North to offer poms clinic

Dancenter North will offer a special poms clinic on April 14 and 21, from 1 to 3 p.m., at their studio at 540 North Milwaukee Ave. in downtown Libertyville. Girls in grades 8 to 11 in high schools throughout Lake County can participate in the clinic. It will be led by Nikki Lazzaretto, head coach of the Lake Forest Pom/Dance Team, 2013 Large Varsity Pom National Champions. The clinic will include technical help in skill sets including jumps, leaps, turns, and tryout execution for experienced dancers. To register, call (847) 367-7970.
