COOL 30th Anniversary Gala Coming April 5th!

Christian Outreach of Lutherans (COOL), a not for profit agency supporting two food pantries and eight family housing units in Lake County , is having its first annual Gala in celebration of its 30th Anniversary serving our neighbors in need. The Gala will be held at the Illinois Beach Resort and Conference Center, 1 Lake Front Drive, in Zion, Illinois on Friday, April 5th. A social hour with a cash bar will begin at 6 PM, with dinner following at 7 PM. Tickets are $75.00 or tables of 10 for $700.

Mr. Glen Kozlowski, weekend sports anchor on WGN-AM Saturday Sports Central and former wide receiver for the Chicago Bears, and Mr. Karl Newyear, the “World's Funniest Lutheran”, will be special guests. Music will be provided by John Ludy Puleo.

There will be testimonials, and awards presentations to honor supporting churches, agencies and donors. A silent auction will also be held.
