Dundee St. Patrick's Day Parade in Memory of Thomas McNamee

The Thomas McNamee Memorial St. Patrick's Day Parade, sponsored by Bandito Barney's Beach Club, Michael Collins Irish Whiskey, Euclid Beverage, Pre-Owned of St. Charles and Chubby Bull Frog, will kicks off at 11:00 AM on Saturday, March 16th at Water Street and Illinois Street near Rosie O'Hares. This year's parade will include the City of Chicago Pipe Band, Dundee Scottish Pipe Band, stilt walkers, the South Shore Drill Team, Those Funny Little People, Medinah Shriner's Magic Carpet Genies and the 8th Illinois Cavalry. New this year is the O'Family category. All families are encouraged to join. The last day to join is Tuesday, March 12th. There will be a judging station across from the Dundee Depot at Barrington Avenue and River Street. Trophies for this year's best Business, Band, Community and Family entry will be given at the end of the parade in front of Bandito Barney's.
