Palatine police, fire to hold annual chili cook-off fundraiser

The Palatine Police & Fire Benevolent Association, with the support of the Palatine Jaycees, will host the Fifth Annual Chili Cook-Off from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday, March 10, at Durty Nellie’s, 180 N. Smith St., Palatine.

The Palatine fire and police departments will square off against departments from neighboring towns for the fundraiser, which benefits the Palatine Police and Fire Benevolent Association. Tickets are $5 and include access to all-you-can-eat chili, a cash bar, raffle and live band. The event is open to all ages.
