Justice misses mark on voters’ rights

Am I overlooking something? As a citizen, it’s OK to vote in Minnesota but not in Pennsylvania? That must be the deal. OK in Minnesota; no way in Pennsylvania ... if you’re black. Thank you, Justice Antonin Scalia. We always could depend on you to defend, in no uncertain terms, the strict validity of the Constitution of the United States.
