Des Plaines chamber to host candidates forum

The Des Plaines Chamber of Commerce and Industry will host a candidates forum with the three Des Plaines mayoral hopefuls — former mayor Tony Arredia, 3rd Ward Alderman Matt Bogusz and 6th Ward Alderman Mark Walsten — from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 20, at Giuseppe’s Restaurant, 1062 Lee St., Des Plaines.

A second forum for the Des Plaines mayoral and aldermanic candidates is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. Thursday, March 21, at Des Plaines City Hall, 1420 Miner St. That forum will be televised live on local cable Channel 17.
