County hosts strategic plan forum

The first of five community forums regarding Lake County’s strategic plan will be Wednesday, Feb. 27 at the Central Permit Facility, 500 W. Winchester Road, Libertyville. An open house from 6 to 7 p.m. will feature displays and information on county services and programs, followed by a community forum in which visitors can share input and participate in interactive exercises.
