We will take what we learned from the first year and apply it to our second and future years to make sure the festival is successful.Is the Sears Centre performing up to residents' expectations? If no, what specifically should the village be doing (or stop doing) to improve it?For the short amount of time the Village has owned the Sears Centre, we are seeing improvements and profits each month. This is a great improvement over the previous owners.Given the delicate balance between the need for revenue and over-taxing local businesses, what is your opinion of the village's present level of local sales taxes?
