Example , If homeowner's whom flood , cant get flood insurance , we should have a fund in tact that will assist homeowners to get back on there feet. Why?Yes. People have to understand this money feeds all village and county assessments. Schools , Park District , Police Department , Fire Department, Forest Preserve , water , waste, County , and the list goes on and on.What steps would you recommend the village take to combat flooding?I feel the village should provide some type of fund to help all in need due to flooding. People are paying mortgages based on what there home was worth in the past and taxes are raising on a annual basis.
