Chicago Dental Group Offers Free Dental Care Days

Founded in 1996 by Dr. Ghassan Abboud, 1st Family Dental operates by a simple business model: everyone deserves excellent, affordable dental care, whether or not they have dental insurance. 1st Family Dental has grown to 10 locations serving a wide variety of patients in Chicago and the surrounding suburbs.

Recognizing that dental care is not easily accessible on insurance plans or medicare, 1st Family Dental decided to give back to their community this Valentine's Day.

Today through Thursday, 1st Family Dental is offering free dental care days in three of its suburban Chicago location to any patients ages 3 and up. Free services provided include: x-rays, exams, cleanings, extractions, fillings, and diagnostic services.

A line of over 30 people was outside of the doors of their Aurora location at 55 S. Commons Drive, at 9:30 AM this morning and over 60 patients are expected to be seen today.

"I appreciate the fact that somoene cares enough to offer this free service. I wouldn't know what to do without it," one patient said.

Additional free dental care days will be held tomorrow, February 13, at their Roselle, IL, location (803 E. Nerge Rd.) and on Thursday, February 14, at their Arlington Heights, IL, location (1235 N. Rand Rd.). Patients will be seen from 10am-3pm on a first-come, first-served basis.
