Free Tax Preparation Assistance Available at Library
Free Tax Preparation Help is available Wednesdays and Fridays at Fremont Public Library in Mundelein.
AARP Foundation Tax-Aide is available free to taxpayers with low and moderate income, with special attention to those 60 and older. Through a cadre of trained volunteers, the program is offered in cooperation with the IRS.
Appointments are offered from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Wednesdays and Fridays until April 12. To make an appointment, call the library at (847) 918-3206 during regular business hours. The library is located at 1170 N. Midlothian Rd.,Mundelein. You do not need to be a member of the library to participate in this free program.
