Treasurer Rutherford to speak in Barrington

Illinois State Treasurer Dan Rutherford will address the Barrington Breakfast Rotary Club at 7 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 21 at the Garlands of Barrington, 1000 Garlands Lane in Barrington.

Rutherford will speak about Illinois’ economy and his office will give attendees easy access to check the state’s I-Cash program so people can see if the state owes them money or if they’re entitled to other assets.
