Palatine’s Polar Plunge set for March 3

Special Olympics Illinois will hold its Polar Plunge fundraiser at noon Sunday, March 3, at the Salt Lake Park District’s Twin Lakes facility, 1200 E. Twin Lakes Drive, Palatine.

Each participant must raise at least $75 to take the icy dip. All plungers will receive a hooded sweatshirt, entry into the post-plunge party and a chance to win additional prizes for raising more money.
