Schiff Hardin Strategic Advisers Appoints Veteran KPMG Partner Frank O'Connor as Managing Director
CHICAGO-Schiff Hardin Strategic Advisers, LLC ("Strategic Advisers" or "Advisers") announced today the addition of Frank D. O'Connor as Managing Director, based in the company's Chicago office. Mr. O'Connor joins Strategic Advisers from KPMG in Chicago and will focus on expanding the company's Midwest presence in providing strategic and restructuring advisory services to the banking industry. Strategic Advisers is the non-legal business advisory affiliate of the Schiff Hardin LLP law firm.

He brings 38 years of experience, with significant attention to distressed and failed banks, bank recapitalization transactions, TARP redemptions, debt conversions and regulatory requirements.
