City dwellers afraid to come out at night

Why are the gangs in the cities killing each other and innocent bystanders? It is because people are not obeying the Ten Commandments. It is not only in Chicago but many big cities like Philadelphia known as Killadelphia because of all the gang murders.

I am glad that the police in Chicago have already rounded up four of the gangs plus their drugs and money plus a huge stash of marijuana and burned a field the size of two football fields of marijuana. Please, dear Lord, make it safe for the people in large cities to come out of their homes at night. They are afraid of being shot if they do.
