Gurnee library candidate drawing Wednesday

Warren-Newport Public Library District in Gurnee on Wednesday will settle the ballot positioning for candidates in the April election.

A lottery for simultaneous filers for library trustee candidates will take place at 11:30 a.m. in the library’s McCullough board room. Two 6-year board terms are up in the April 9 election that also will have candidates for park boards, village boards, township boards and school boards on the ballot.
