Judge named to national board

Lake County Circuit Judge Christopher Starck was recently named to the National Conference of Metropolitan Courts board. The organization aims to reduce trial court delays and improve productivity within state and local justice systems. Member courts share caseflow techniques, exchange program ideas, and assist each other in implementing improvements.
