Palatine learning center holds ribbon cutting

Eye Level Learning Center of Palatine will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony with the help of the Palatine Area Chamber of Commerce at 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 3.

The center, which works to teach children ages 3 to 16 in basic learning skills, is located at 31 E. Northwest Highway.
