Mundelein clerk vote

Mundelein residents will vote next year to determine if the village clerk should continue to be elected or if the position should become a staff job. Trustees agreed Monday to put the question to voters on the April 2013 ballot. The clerk has been a part-time, elected post for years. The current clerk is Esmie Dahlstrom.
