Palatine Twp. taking Mobile Dental Clinic applications

The Palatine Township General Assistance Office is currently taking applications for its Mobile Dental Clinic. A dentist and dental assistant staff the 40-foot-long van and perform services including oral exams, cleanings, fluoride treatments, X-rays, fillings, simple extractions, sealants and education in proper preventive oral care. Residents who don’t have dental insurance and meet eligibility requirements can pay a $30 co-pay for each visit.
