Lombard Fire hosts open house Oct. 10 for Fire Prevention Week

LOMBARD, Illinois—The Lombard Fire Department will host an open house on October 10 between 6:30 and 8:30 p.m. at Fire Station One, located at 50 E. St Charles Road. The open house is in celebration of “Fire Prevention Week,” observed this year October 7-13.

The Fire Department invites the public, young and old, to drop by for a station tour, check out fire safety information or just to meet the firefighter/paramedics. Light refreshments will be provided.

This year's theme of Fire Prevention Week is “Have Two Ways Out.”
