The Knights are sweet on Des Plaines

The Des Plaines Father Linden Council of the Knights of Columbus was active collecting money for persons with intellectual disabilities around Des Plaines the weekend of Sept. 22-23.

Among the many volunteers were groups from St. Stevens and St. Zachary Catholic churches, the Special Gifts Theater and local Knights.

Volunteers offered Tootsie Rolls to all who donated. Alan V. Motz and Andy Samborski managed the annual drive.
