Green Lake Zurich festival:

Green Lake Zurich’s Fall Fest is set for noon to 4 p.m. Sunday in the village’s downtown. No admission will be charged for the event at Celebration Park, 7 E. Main St. As part of the festival’s environmentally conscious twist, there will be a rain-barrel painting contest among the activities. There also will be art, food vendors, music and face painting.
