Foreign policy not working out so well

I recall that in 2008, then-Sen. Barack Obama, the Democratic presidential nominee, selected Sen. Joe Biden as his vice presidential running mate because of Biden’s “outstanding knowledge and experience in foreign policy.” After four years of the Obama-Biden-Clinton-Rice “touch-feely” foreign policy, how is it working out? After four years of Obama’s policies, I would have expected that in Russia, China and the whole Muslim world we would have seen an explosion of “I Love America” bumper stickers.
