A pretty sad wish list
As a citizen of the United States, here are the things I want.
I want my invalid parents living with me because I can’t afford a facility for them.
I want to deplete my retirement savings to pay down my kids’ student loans.
I want my adult children living with me because the job they went to school for is in India or China.
I want my grandchildren to aspire to cutting lawns or cooking fries because there is no effective education system.
I want my spouse to die quickly because there is no affordable health care available.
After my life has been reduced to just about poverty level, I want the government to tell me “You’re on your own.”
All I have to do now is vote Republican.
