This would protect the residents from idenity theft and the cost of possibly hiring an attorney.How would you go about improving government transparency?Once elected I would do quarterly community chats in various communities in the county in order to inform the residents about any new changes, scams, and/or motgage information. This would create an open dialogue with the office and the residents. In addition, i would have various speakers in the real estate industry to host awareness seminars on topics such as: buying and selling real estate, foreclosure prevention, tax liens, and short sales. Finally, by keeping our residents in their homes we are building a stronger county that supports its businesses and schools.With the recorder's office being a statutory office with some autonomy from the county board, are you comfortable with the way budgeting is handled?
