Midwest Generation donates to United Way

The Waukegan generating station of Midwest Generation recently awarded United Way of Lake County with a monetary donation to support the programs United Way offers to promote education, financial stability and health in the community.

Waukegan Generating Station Manager Mark Nagel and station employees presented a check to Ashley Meade Olson, donor relations manager of United Way of Lake County, during the regular monthly meeting of the Waukegan Chamber of Commerce.

Midwest Generation has been proactive in their community outreach through their employee engagement.

This contribution is one of the many that Midwest Generation has provided to make a difference in local communities.
