Speak up about Lombard noise law

The Lombard noise ordinance was adopted in 1996. It was citizens who first brought the issue to the village board. It is time to update a 16-year-old ordinance.

If you have any problems with loud noise in your residential neighborhood like loud music, please contact your Lombard trustee by calling village hall at (630) 620-2500 and asking for their phone number or email address. You can also find their contact information at villageoflombard.org.

Also, the Lombard Noise Ordinance is being discussed at the Environmental Concerns Committee public meeting on Tuesday, Sept. 25 at 7 p.m. at Lombard Village Hall. Anyone can attend to speak.
