Rail crossing in Des Plaines closing for repairs

The Union Pacific Railroad Crossing at Howard Avenue, between Wolf Road and Mount Prospect Road in Des Plaines, will be closed for repairs from Monday, Sept. 10, through Sept. 17.

Detour signs will be posted. Motorists are advised to proceed with caution.
