Why is gas price up when oil is down?

Gas! Can someone, anyone, please explain to me why we are paying the same for gasoline when oil is trading at less than $90 per barrel as we were when oil was trading at $130 a barrel? I want in on that middleman bandwagon. Perhaps then, I will be able to afford to actually fill up my tank!
