Lombard Fire Dept. plans moment of silence on Sept. 11
LOMBARD, Illinois—The Village of Lombard Fire Department is planning a moment of silence remembering those lost in the 9/11 attacks 11 years ago.
At 8:59 a.m. on September 11, the Lombard Fire Department will hold a Moment of Silence at both Lombard fire stations (Fire Station One, 50 E. St. Charles Road and Fire Station Two, 2020 S. Highland Avenue.)
Residents and community leaders are welcome to join fire personnel in the Moment of Silence.
