Wild Monk in St. Charles to have ribbon-cutting ceremony
Submitted by St. Charles Chamber of Commerce
The St. Charles Chamber of Commerce will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Wednesday, Aug. 29 at Wild Monk, 51 S. First St. in St. Charles.
Wild Monk is a “gastro pub,” true to its meaning and origins. Its culinary team has created a menu made all in-house by using only the freshest local ingredients whenever possible. The meat on the menu is all natural and hormone-free, and the seafood is from sustainable sources. The menu consists of small and large plates that are perfect for sharing. There are 28 beers on draft, and over 50 beers by the bottle. Wild Monk also carries a fine selection of boutique wines, including one red wine and one white wine on draft, and thoughtfully created culinary cocktails. The menu cuisine is beer-centric pub food with a twist.
Wild Monk has 19 60-inch LED televisions including the NFL Ticket, MLB Package and International Soccer channels.
