Anderson Shelter offers special on cats

Fall in love and give a homeless cat or kitten a new home.

All adoptable cats and kittens at Anderson Animal Shelter in South Elgin will be $75, half of the original adoption fee of $155, to qualified adopters between Sept. 4-30.

The $75 adoption fee include spay/neuter, annual vaccinations, microchip identification, testing for feline leukemia and feline immunodeficiency virus, deworming, collar and ID tag and a carrying case.
