Schawk Inc. announces quarterly dividend

Des Plaines-based Schawk Inc. said its board of directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of 8 cents per share, payable on Sept. 28 to Schawk Inc. Class A common stockholders of record as of Sept. 14.

It is the 141st consecutive dividend paid by Schawk, Inc. and its predecessor company, the company said in a release.
