Route 21/137 lane closures:

The northbound outside lane of Milwaukee Avenue (Route 21) will be closed for two weeks beginning Tuesday from Adler Park School to Cater Lane, just north of Route 137 in Libertyville. The westbound outside lane of Route 137 also will be closed from about 2,000 feet east of Milwaukee Avenue to about 2,000 feet west of Milwaukee Avenue during the same period, Aug. 14 to 28. The closures are required to complete water main work and install temporary pavement at the Route 21/137 intersection as part of a road widening project. Visit www.libertyville.com/idotproject.
