Cornfest a summertime tradition in Rolling Meadows
For the 56th year, Community Church in Rolling Meadows celebrated a Midwest summertime favorite with Cornfest.
Despite all the stories of a drought-ravaged crop, there was no shortage of golden ears of sweet corn at the event, which also feature other foods, including of course watermelon.
The event Saturday also included a raffle, and musical entertainment provided by Frankie Miglio.
