Lombard Fire Department Responds to Structure Fire, No Injuries Reported

Upon arrival at approximately 1 a.m., a large amount of fire on the roof of the two-story, multi-family residential building was discovered. The residents were not at home at the time of the fire and no injuries were reported.

Extensive damage to the roof occurred and damage to the structure and contents is estimated between $30,000-$50,000.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
