Fellowship Housing hosts golf fundraiser in Grayslake

Golfers from across the Northwest Suburbs will join together to support Fellowship Housing, a local charity providing housing and financial literacy training for single mothers and their children.

The annual golf outing event will be hosted at Stonewall Orchard Golf Club in Grayslake on Thursday, Aug. 23, 2012 with a shotgun start at noon.

A fun-filled day on the course will include lots of golf, lunch, auctions, dinner, and hearing from a family impacted by Fellowship Housing's program.

Funds raised at this event will go directly to the program dedicated to breaking the cycle of poverty and despair among single mothers.

Sponsorship opportunities are also available ranging from $200 to $10,000.

Fellowship Housing is a two-year transitional housing program with a financial literacy focus for single mothers and their children in Hoffman Estates.
