Koo to join Cook Memorial library board

Tommy Koo will join the Cook Memorial Public Library District board Tuesday after he takes the oath of office. The event is set for 6:30 p.m. at the Aspen Drive Library, 701 N. Aspen Drive, Vernon Hills. It’s part of the evening’s board meeting.
