Lombard Fire Department Responds To Structure Fire, No Injuries

Upon arrival, firefighters discovered a small fire in the laundry room wall, which was extinguished quickly, according to Lombard Battalion Chief Mary Coomes. The cause of the fire was determined to be accidental while plumbing work was being done.

No injuries were reported and damage is estimated at approximately $5,000.
