Hanover Park seeks business community’s input on Irving Park Road

The Hanover Park business community is invited to share its vision for the Irving Park Road corridor study at a lunch from noon to 1 p.m. Tuesday, July 10, at Hanover Park’s Municipal Center, Room 214, 2121 W. Lake St. The village, which seeks to revitalize the corridor between Astor Avenue and Wise Road, is exploring strategies with assistance from the Urban Land Institute Chicago and the Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning. Officials want to know the business community’s key issues or concerns, where there’s room for improvement and what would help different businesses. The lunch is provided by CONECT (Hanover Park’s Committee on Networking, Education, and Community Teamwork). To RSVP, contact Ricardo Lopez at rlopez@cmap.illinois.gov or (312) 386-8766.
