Lombard summer paving projects to begin in July
LOMBARD, Illinois—Approximately five miles of Village streets will be improved during the next few months as the Village of Lombard's summer paving projects will begin in July and conclude in September, according to the Public Works Department.
The work totals more than $1.3 million and will include all grinding and full-depth removal by the contractor and paving of the majority of streets by the contractor as well with the Public Works crews paving the remaining areas.
The streets affected include:
• Hickory from Craig to Grace
• Rosebud (entire road)
• Washington from Edgewood to Chase
• Parkview (entire road)
• Brown from Park to Main
• Ash from Charlotte to Grace
• Prairie from Park to Main
• Stewart from Ash to Maple
• Lombard from Ash to Maple
• Hickory from Elizabeth to Park
• Washington from Main to Park
• Lincoln from Ethel to Harrison
• Harding from Lombard to Concrete (170 feet East)
• Lombard from Harrison to Harding
• 2nd Street from Maple to North Broadway
• 3rd Street from Maple to North Broadway
• Morris from Main to Dead End
• Lynne from Elizabeth to Rebbecca
• Rebbecca from Lynne to Collen Drive
• Intersection of Maple and Grace
• Lincoln from Ann to Roosevelt
• Fairfield from Maple to North Broadway
• Lewis from Maple to North Broadway
