Tate & Lyle opens in Hoffman Estates

Tate & Lyle, which produces ingredients and solutions to the food and beverage industries, officially opened its new Commercial and Food Innovation Centre in Hoffman Estates on Wednesday, June 13.

The 110,000-square-foot facility will facilitate the development of new food and beverage products to satisfy increasing demand for health, convenience, value and taste. It includes laboratories, a culinary demonstration kitchen, consumer insight and testing facilities and more.

The center is also being called the cornerstone of Tate & Lyle’s growing network of research, food application and technical support laboratories.
