Des Plaines extends hours for vehicle sticker sales

Des Plaines residents will have more time to purchase 2012-2013 vehicle stickers and pet licenses that went on sale May 1 and will be available through Saturday, June 30.

Extended hours for purchasing stickers and licenses at city hall, 1420 Miner St., are as follows: 9 a.m.-noon, Saturday, June 23; 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday-Friday, June 25-29; and 9 a.m.-noon, Saturday, June 30. After hours, the Des Plaines Police Department, located at 1418 Miner St., will accept pre-printed forms with payment by check.
