TriCity Family Services offers annual lobster fundraiser

Submitted by TriCity Family Services

TriCity Family Services will bring back its popular Great Lobster Fly-In again this year. For all the lobster lovers in the Tri-Cities area, this has been a Father’s Day weekend tradition for more than 25 years. Start off this summer with a lobster party, with fresh live lobsters, arriving Saturday, June 16. Lobsters, 1¼ pound, will be delivered live that morning and are $20 each.

Lobsters can be ordered live or steamed. For those who are not fans of shellfish, TriCity Family Services is offering 8 oz. prime beef filets, from Josef’s Meat and Deli in Geneva for $15 each. Add a French baguette for $5 or a cheddar garlic loaf for $7 from the Great Harvest Bread Company in Geneva. Complete your summer celebration or Father’s Day meal with something sweet. Blue Goose Market in St. Charles will provide brownies which can be ordered in a four-pack for $8.

To order online, visit www.tricityfamilyservices.org. Mail or drop your order to TriCity Family Services, 1120 Randall Court, Geneva, IL 60134, send through fax at (630) 232-1471, or place over the phone at (630) 232-1070. Payment must accompany each order. Orders must be received by Monday, June 11.

All orders must be picked up at The Great Lobster Fly-In event from 9 to 11:30 a.m. Saturday, June 16, at the historic Kane County Courthouse parking lot in downtown Geneva on James Street.

All proceeds from The Great Lobster Fly-In benefit TriCity Family Services.
