Antioch farmer’s market opens

Antioch’s farmers market will start its season on Thursday and the events will run weekly until Oct. 11. The market will be open from 3 to 7 p.m. across from Antioch Elementary School at 854 Main St., on the northeast corner of Main and Orchard streets. Items for sale include fresh fruits, vegetables, plants, flowers, sweets, meats and breads.
