Palatine’s Countryside Association hosts fundraiser Sunday

The Countryside Association for People with Disabilities will host its 5K Opportunity Walk, 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Sunday, June 3, at Independence Grove, 16400 W. Buckley Road, Libertyville. The event will include a picnic lunch, T-shirt, music and raffle prizes. Funds raised benefit the Palatine-based nonprofit organization, which helps children and adults with developmental and other disabilities to live and work in their community.
