Collins should be next U.S. attorney
Patrick Collins should be the next United States Attorney for the Northern District of Illinois.
Why? He knows the job. He is imminently qualified. His direct experience, documented in his book, “Challenging the Culture of Corruption, Game-Changing Reform for Illinois,” is a first-hand account of the decades of political corruption in this state.
He is also former chair of the Illinois Reform Commission.
Regrettably, these are the exact reasons why he won’t be.
