Hunt sent ‘congrats’ message to James Murdoch after EU approval

.K. Culture Secretary Jeremy Hunt said he sent a congratulatory message to British Sky Broadcasting Group Plc. Chairman James Murdoch after News Corp. won European Union antitrust approval for its bid to buy BSkyB.

Hunt testified to a media-ethics inquiry triggered by the phone-hacking scandal at News Corp.’s News of the World tabloid.
